THE INITIAL CALL
Once we get your completed form, our Franchise Development Manager will set up a time for an initial call to discuss the opportunity. If you qualify, you will be formally invited to move forward in the process. Our team will send you the Franchise Agreement to start your review process.
Potential store owners are invited to attend a “Discovery Day” at fab’rik's Corporate HQ in Atlanta, Georgia. This is an opportunity for you to experience the culture, meet the team, visit stores and for both parties to address any remaining questions.
Once it is determined you are a financial, business and cultural fit, you will be approved and granted the rights to your very own fab’rik Franchise.
OPEN YOUR STORE
You are now a part of the fab'rik family and own your very own store! The process can ranges 4-8 months. During this time, you will be given all support and training to ensure your store is ready for grand opening and beyond.
From buildout, to grand opening and on-going support - we’ll ensure every step is a success!
fab'rik has made a tremendous impact on the fashion and franchise worlds. With the knowledge and guidance of our Executive Team, you can be part of this growth and brand.
Investing in fab'rik provides you with operating, marketing and training processes, as well as the support of the expansive network of other franchise owners. fab'rik does not provide financing, and expects all applicants to be able to demonstrate the below required investment, a minimum of $200,000.

1. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO START A fab’rik FRANCHISE?
The initial investment ranges between $120,000 - $200,000. There is a $35,000 franchise fee, 5% monthly royalty fee and 2% marketing fee.
2. WHO IS IN CHARGE OF MARKETING MATERIALS FOR MY STORE?
There are national sales and promotions conducted companywide that Corporate creates with the Franchise Council. Stores are responsible for local marketing in their community, and work with corporate on approval and support of those events.
3. HOW AND WHEN DO I RECEIVE INVENTORY?
To ensure brand consistency, the fab'rik buying team is responsible for purchasing inventory for all stores. It is then shipped from the vendor to each location weekly.
4. AS A FRANCHISE OWNER, WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME IN REGARDS TO HOW OFTEN I AM IN MY STORE?
New store owners are expected to be the operating manager, 40 hours weekly on the schedule, for the first year of ownership.
5. WHAT SIZE IS A TYPICAL fab’rik STORE?
Ideal fab’rik store locations range between 1,500 to 1,800 square feet.
6. HOW LONG UNTIL I OPEN MY STORE AFTER SIGNING A FRANCHISE AGREEMENT?
The time between signing your franchise agreement and opening your store can vary. Depending on finding a location, current status of the space and construction needs, your opening timeline can range between 4 to 6 months.
7. WHO IS IN CHARGE OF HIRING MY FRANCHISE’S TEAM?
The fab'rik Corporate team trains on who makes great stylists, interview tips and where to find candidates.
8. WILL I HAVE HELP IN THE BUILDOUT DIRECTION OF MY STORE?
Yes. You will receive a Buildout Lookbook that will detail the specs and guidelines in creating the perfect fab’rik environment.
9. CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE LOCATIONS?
Yes. There are several fab’rik owners who own multiple stores. After successfully opening and running your first location, you can complete a new Franchise Agreement, and be responsible for a lessened $30,000 franchise fee with each subsequent location.
10. WHAT DOES fab'rik LOOK FOR IN A FRANCHISEE?
We look for someone who wants to love what they do but isn't afraid to work hard for it and is committed to being a business owner. The love of fashion is an obvious must, of course!
Once you sign the Franchise Agreement and officially become a fab'rik Franchisee, our Corporate team will begin the on-boarding and training processes. Covering everything from store build-out to operational training and inventory setup, you and your team will be perfectly prepared for your opening day.
"PRE-PARTY" KICK-OFF CALL
First things first, we will review the overall timeline and all the upcoming to-do's leading up to your store opening.
WEEKLY CALLS | FROM SIGNING TO OPENING
Once a week, new Franchisees will have a touch base call with the Corporate Training Team. Topics discussed include: business setup, hiring in-store team members, local marketing and report setup.
IN-STORE TRAINING | 2 WEEKS
New Franchise Owners are required to complete 2 weeks of in-store training at a store of fab'rik Corporate's choosing, prior to your store's opening week, in order to gain hands on experience and learn directly from an experienced store team.
CORPORATE TRAINING | 1 DAY
Franchise owners will come to the fab'rik corporate office for training. During this visit, they will get to know the corporate team, review aesthetics through an in-store tour and learn the daily operations, inventory, marketing and merchandising processes.
GRAND OPENING TRAINING | 5 DAYS
The week of your grand opening, the corporate training team will come to your location to support setup, operations and training. We will celebrate alongside you, and ensure complete confidence in your entire store operation.
POST-OPENING TRAINING | ONGOING
Don't worry, once we leave we are still there to support you! The corporate team will be an on-going resource helping to track store progress, operations, inventory and marketing.
