ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 10AM EST will be processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please note: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been fulfilled.
At this time, USPS may experience occasional delays due to changes within their processing facilities. Delivery times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience. If your order has not arrived within two weeks of the shipment date, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $99 (before tax).
Applies to USPS Ground Advantage or UPS SurePost.
USPS Ground Advantage / UPS SurePost — $10
Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days from the ship date (excluding holidays).
Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes typically arrives within 5–15 business days from the ship date (excluding holidays).
USPS Priority Mail — $13
Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days from the ship date (excluding holidays).
UPS 2nd Day Air — $25
Estimated delivery: 2 business days from the ship date. Please note this timeframe is not guaranteed.

If your tracking shows your package as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please:
