Shipping Details + Methods

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 10AM EST will be processed within 2 business days. Orders received on Weekends or Holiday's will ship the following business days after. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has shipped. We cannot cancel an order once it has been fulfilled.

Please note that currently USPS is having delays due to the new processing facility that they opened that all our packages now go through so orders may arrive later than usual. Please be patient. If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks from date of shipment, please contact us and we will look into the details.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING

• Free Standard Shipping applies to orders over $99 before tax. Applies to USPS Ground Advantage Mail only.

USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE MAIL | $10

• USPS Ground Advantage Mail usually arrives within 5 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. 
• Standard delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. Boxes usually arrive 5-12 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL | $13

• USPS Priority Mail delivery usually arrives 3-4 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. 

UPS 2nd DAY AIR | $25

• UPS 2nd Day Air will usually arrive within 2 business days from the shipped date. 

fab'rik is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages. It is your responsibility to make sure the address that was entered in at checkout is correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors, family members and apartment complexes to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. The feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service. We will only replace items that are not scanned as "delivered."
