TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can track the progress of your shipped order by logging into your account HERE and clicking on your order number or by clicking on the tracking number link in your shipping notiﬁcation email.
Preorder items are items that are not currently in stock but are expected to arrive at a later date. All estimated arrival dates for the item can be found on the product page. By placing a preorder item, you are reserving your product to be shipped out as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse.
Payment is charged immediately when your order is placed, not at the time of shipment.
Each individual product page will be updated with any changing information regarding ship date. With that being said, we receive hundreds of orders for preorder items and it is not always possible to update each individual page in a timely manner. If you have any questions or concerns about your preorder item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For returns on a preorder item, you have 21 days since your item has been shipped and delivered, not your original order date.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order after it has been placed. You can however cancel your order at any time before your order has shipped. After cancelling your order, you can then place a new order with any changes you wish to make. To cancel your order, login into your account HERE, find your order number, and click the cancel button.
