Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Click the tracking link in that email to view the most up-to-date delivery status.

Please note: fab’rik is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • Check with neighbors, family members, or your apartment/leasing office
  • Look around your delivery area
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim

We are only able to replace packages that are not marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.


PREORDERS

Preorder items are not currently in stock but are expected to arrive at a later date. Estimated ship dates are listed on each product page.

By placing a preorder, you are reserving your item to be shipped as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

  • Payment is processed at the time the order is placed, not when the item ships.
  • Ship date estimates are subject to change.
  • Product pages are updated as new information becomes available, but due to high preorder volume, updates may not always happen immediately.

For preorder returns, the 21-day return window begins on the fulfillment date of the preorder item — not the original order date.


CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make edits or changes.

If you need to request a cancellation, please email online@fabrikstyle.com as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee them. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.
