Manager - ATLANTA 

Responsibilities

As a store manager, you will be the key contributor for driving sales and reaching monthly sales goals. You will also be responsible for creating the fab’rik atmosphere: comfortable, inspiring and exciting. Managers manage the day-to-day activities of the store from opening to closing and after hours events for the good of the business. They help and consult clients with honest opinions and continuously market the store and the store’s concept, while setting and achieving stores sales goals.


The Store Manager is an ambassador of fab’rik and everything the brand stands for including our core values of dream, hustle, inspire, wow and heart. These all will be a part of your everyday experience. SALES


1.) Meet and exceed monthly Sales Goals

2.) Follow fab’rik Formula

3.) Lead by example, managers are expected to be the strongest sales associate

4.) Develop and maintain lasting relationships with your clientele

5.) Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure total customer satisfaction

6.) Educate yourself on all merchandise fits, latest trends, features and benefits to better explain to clients

7.) Must understand the importance of exceeding customer expectations



MANAGING YOUR TEAM


1.) Responsible for sales associates following the Operations Manual 

2.) Responsible for building a strong team through coaching, training and inspiring your sales team through negative and positive incentives

3.) Lead by example; instill an upbeat attitude to motivate and encourage the selling team rather than just manage

4.) Plan and conduct monthly team meetings

5.) Conduct annual performance reviews and assist Owner with interviews 

6.) Take accountability for their team’s success’ and failures



MANAGING YOUR STORE


1.) Ensure your store looks its best at all times

2.) Responsible for a clean and maintained store, broken lights, clean floors, etc.

3.) Responsible for administrative tasks such as paying bills, submitting payroll, creating team schedules, filing, making deposits, creating meeting agendas, etc.

4.) Responsible for submitting reorders and RA’s

5.) Ensure daily payment transactions are balanced and drawer counts are correct

6.) Keep store compliant at all times



MARKETING 


1.) Understand the fab’rik concept and explain to new customers and employees.

2.) Introduce new customers to fab’rik through Marketing Initiatives

3.) Manage Store’s Social Media Pages

4.) Create and Execute monthly Store Marketing Plans

5.) Manage the In Store Marketing Initiatives: SMS messaging, Social Media

6.) Manage the Outside Marketing Initiatives: VIP Parties, Bride Brag, Fashion Shows and other Community Events
