How do I check the status or track my order?

You can track the progress of your shipped order by:

Logging into your account here and clicking on your order number.

Or by clicking on the tracking number link in your shipping notification email.

If you ordered more than one item, they may arrange in separate packages.

How do I return items?

Your purchase didn’t make you feel fab? Follow these steps to return your items:

  1. Click HERE to create your return shipping label
  2. Place your item in the mail. Due to COVID-19 returns will be delayed. They will be processed as soon as possible. 
  3. You will be refunded for, or receive an exchange for, each returned item minus shipping cost

Can I use my store credit online?

Can I use more than one discount code?

Only one discount can be used at check out. Some promotions may also have exclusions. 

How do preorders work?

Preorders allow you to reserve items that are not yet in stock. Once we receive the items, we will ship them to you.
