Return for refund:
We gladly accept returns for a refund on all qualifying items within 7 days of purchase date, back to the original form of payment.
- Qualified In Store purchase can be returned for a refund within 7 days of the in store purchase date.
- If returned items do not meet our qualifications detailed in our Return Policy, a refund will not be issued.
- Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.
- In store purchase must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt for a refund.
- Refunds can only be issued at the original purchase location.
In store purchases made between 11.24.23 - 12.24.23 are eligible for an exchange up until 1.7.24. In store exchanges may be made for merchandise of equal or greater value. Exchanged items must meet exchange criteria listed in our Return Policy. All items marked SALE, swimsuits, bodysuits, lifestyle collection, all jewelry, hats, scarves and handbags are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged.
- Qualified In Store purchases can be exchanged until 1.7.24.
- Exchanges are offered for the same style in a different size or color where applicable OR merchandise of the same original value paid.
- In store exchanges must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt for exchange.
- Inventory varies in store, we recommend contacting your local store to confirm availability.
- In store purchase cannot be exchanged for online items.
