Returns (Refunds)

We gladly accept returns for qualifying items within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
  • The original purchase receipt is required.
  • Returns must be processed at the original purchase location.
  • Items must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our Return Policy.

If an item does not meet our return qualifications, a refund will not be issued.

Exchanges

In-store purchases are eligible for exchange within 21 days of the purchase date.

  • Exchanges must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
  • Items must meet the exchange criteria outlined in our Return Policy.
  • Exchanges may be made for:

    • The same style in a different size or color (when available), or
    • Merchandise of equal or greater value.

Please note:

  • Inventory varies by location. We recommend contacting your local store to confirm availability.
  • In-store purchases cannot be exchanged for online-exclusive items.
  • Any item that falls under our Final Sale Policy is not eligible for return or exchange.
