ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Store Manager, you are the driving force behind your store’s success. You lead sales performance, cultivate an inspiring team culture, and create the signature fab’rik atmosphere — welcoming, stylish, and energizing.
You oversee all daily operations, from opening to closing, including special events, while ensuring monthly sales goals are met and exceeded. You serve as both a leader and a stylist — building authentic client relationships, delivering honest styling advice, and consistently marketing the fab’rik brand within your community.

Sales Leadership
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Execute and model the fab’rik Formula
Lead by example as the top-performing stylist on your team
Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships
Follow up on customer requests to ensure complete satisfaction
Stay knowledgeable on merchandise fit, trends, features, and benefits
Team Leadership
Ensure team adherence to the Operations Manual
Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
Motivate through both positive and corrective feedback
Lead with energy and optimism to inspire results
Plan and lead monthly team meetings
Conduct annual performance reviews and partner with ownership during hiring
Take full accountability for team performance
Store Operations
Maintain a visually exceptional store at all times
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully operational
Oversee administrative duties including payroll submission, scheduling, bill payment, deposits, and reporting
Submit reorders and manage returns/allowances (RA’s)
Reconcile daily transactions and ensure accurate drawer counts
Maintain full operational compliance
Marketing & Community Engagement
Clearly communicate the fab’rik concept to customers and new team members
Drive new customer acquisition through marketing initiatives
Manage the store’s social media presence
Develop and execute monthly marketing plans
Oversee in-store marketing efforts (SMS campaigns, social engagement)
Lead community outreach initiatives including VIP events, bridal events, fashion shows, and local partnerships
