Online Returns + Exchanges
Returns for a Refund:
Qualified online orders can be returned for a refund up to 21 days from the order date. For example, if you placed your order on January 1st, then you have until January 22nd to request a refund. Returns for a refund are subject to a $10.00 shipping & restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. All items marked SALE, swimsuits, body items (IE bodysuits, sticky bras), all jewelry and accessories (hats, belts, scarves, purses, candles, etc) are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

- If returned items do not meet our qualifications detailed in our Return Policy, a refund will not be issued.
- Online orders cannot be returned in store for a refund.
While we hope you never receive a damaged item, we know sometimes it happens. If you received a damaged item, please email us at email@example.com within 2 business days of the delivery date with pictures so that we may review and solve it.
Returns for Online Store Credit:
You can make a return for an Online Store Credit to use on a future online order. This option is offered during the return process and is not subject to shipping or restocking fees.

- Online Store Credits will be issued once the return is received and processed.
- If returned items do not meet our qualifications detailed in our Return Policy, a store credit will not be issued.
- Online orders cannot be returned in store for a store credit.
Orders are eligible for an exchange up to 21 days from an order date. An item purchased online may be exchanged in any fab’rik location. This option is offered during the return process and is not subject to shipping or restocking fees. In store exchanges may be made for merchandise of equal or greater value. Refunds or Store Credit will not be issued for items of a lesser value. To exchange in store, items must meet our qualifications detailed in our Return Policy. Order confirmation or order packing must be presented in store to process exchange. All items marked SALE, swimsuits, bodysuits, all jewelry, hats, scarves and handbags are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged.

- Original Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Online exchanges are only offered for items purchased through fabrikstyle.com
Exchange your online order in a store:
Exchanges for online orders can be made at any of our retail locations. Click here to find a location.
- Exchanges are offered for the same style in a different size/color where applicable OR merchandise of the same original value paid or greater.
- Order confirmation email or packing slip must be presented at the time of in store exchange.
- Refund or Store Credit for online orders cannot be processed in stores.
- Refunds or Store Credit for the difference in merchandise price are not offered and cannot be processed in stores.
- Inventory varies by location, we recommend contacting your local store to confirm availability.
