For Online purchases, we gladly accept exchanges or returns for qualifying* items within 21 days of purchase date. Online orders returned for a refund will have a $10.00 shipping & restocking fee deducted from the refund total, back to the original form of payment. Online orders exchanged for merchandise of an equal or greater value will not have a shipping & restocking fee deducted. For In store purchases, we gladly accept returns for a refund for qualifying* items within 7 days of purchase date, back to the original form of payment. Returns for a refund can only be processed in the original purchase location. For additional details visit our In store Returns page here
For online and in store purchases, exchanges for an item(s) of the same or greater value can be made within 21 days of the purchase date. Store purchases from any fab’rik location can be made in any fab’rik location. Online purchases may be exchanged either online or at any fab’rik location.

Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for return or exchange. We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not meet these qualifications:
- FINAL SALE ITEMS: ALL items marked SALE, swimsuits, body items (IE bodysuits, sticky bras), jewelry, and all accessories (hats, belts, scarves, purses, candles, etc) are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return or exchange.
- Items must be returned in unworn condition.
- Items must be free of stains, deodorant and makeup marks.
- Items must be free of perfume, smoke and cigarette smell.
- Items must be free of pet hair.
- Items must still have the original tag(s) attached (if included).
- Items that do not meet the above qualifications will not receive a refund or store credit.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- fab'rik reserves the right to limit service to customers with excessive return activity.
While we hope you never receive a damaged item, we know sometimes it happens. If you received a damaged item, please email us at online@fabrikstyle.com within 2 business days of the delivery date with pictures so that we may review and solve it.
