For Online purchases, we gladly accept returns for qualifying* items within 21 days of purchase date. Online orders returned for a refund will have a $10.00 shipping & restocking fee deducted from the refund total, back to the original form of payment. Any online orders returned after 21 days that are purchased between 11.23.23 - 12.24.23 can be exchanged for store credit or merchandise of an equal or greater value until 1.7.24. Exchanges and store credits will not have a shipping & restocking fee deducted. Online orders can also be exchanged in store for merchandise of an equal or greater value. A store credit can only be issued at the location of purchase. All Accessories, Body Items, Jewelry, Swimsuits, Lifestyle Collection and Sale Items are Final Sale. For In store purchases, unworn merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase and can only be processed at the original location of purchase. Returns must be accompanied by an original receipt and all tags must be attached. Returns are subject to the store’s discretion. Any items returned after 7 days are eligible for exchange or store credit if purchased between 11.24.23 and 12.24.23 and can be exchanged for store credit until 1.7.24. Items purchased in store or online can be exchanged at any fab’rik location for an item of equal or greater value. A store credit can only be issued at the location of purchase. For online and in store purchases, exchanges for an item(s) of the same or greater value can be made until 1.7.23. Store purchases from any fab’rik location can be made in any fab’rik location. Online purchases may be exchanged either online or at any fab’rik location.

Items must meet the following criteria to be eligible for return or exchange. We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the item does not meet these qualifications:
- FINAL SALE ITEMS: ALL items marked SALE, swimsuits, lifestyle collection, body items (IE bodysuits, sticky bras), jewelry, and all accessories (hats, belts, scarves, purses, candles, etc) are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return or exchange.
- Items must be returned in unworn condition.
- Items must be free of stains, deodorant and makeup marks.
- Items must be free of perfume, smoke and cigarette smell.
- Items must be free of pet hair.
- Items must still have the original tag(s) attached (if included).
- Items that do not meet the above qualifications will not receive a refund or store credit.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- fab'rik reserves the right to limit service to customers with excessive return activity.
